Additional Information:
Kwikfast-1000 is a Superplasticizers Powder based on sulphate melamine poly condensate polymer. It is high range water reducer. It gives excellent early and high ultimate strength.

Dosage:
The doses of Kwikfast-1000 depend on the required final results at each site. Generally a dosage of 0.2%-2% of the cement shows very good results. Preliminary trials should be conducted at the job-site to determine optimum dosage.
How to Mix: Kwikfast-1000: - Take one kg Powder add into 1.7 kg water and mixed with help stick/wooden article then 2.7 Kgs Superplasticiser become ready for useFor each Bag of Cement of 50 Kgs the above ready mixture of 250 grams to be used for utilization. This is for your convenient use.
Shelf life: 12 months in normal ambient conditions, stored under a roof.
Add the Following: Whenever 25 kg Poly bags opened for use it should be consumed on the same day & time otherwise it will become damped & other damages can due to ambient temperature.

KWIKFAST – 600 is new generation Melamine Resin based effective superplasticizer for concrete. It is a high range water reducing admixture and gives very high early and ultimate strength to the concrete. It increases the workability of concrete mix and lowers the water requirement that leads to a concrete of higher compressive strength and improved durability.

Applications:
1) Faster demolding, higher strength and almost zero breakage in paving tiles and blocks.

Dosage:
The doses of Kwik Fast-600 depend on the required final results at each site. Generally a dosage of 0.5%-1.5%of the cement shows very good results. Initial trials must be taken at the job-site to determine optimum dosage.
Instructions for use:KWIKFAST–600 should be added only after thoroughly mixing cement, sand, coarse aggregates and water. After addition of Kwik Fast-600, the concrete must again be thoroughly mixed for one minute so as to achieve a uniform consistency of concrete mix. Kwik Fast-600 could be mixed with the gauging water itself.
